A. Information You Provide
- Account Registration: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, birth date, and payment information. You may also provide additional profile details like a photo, saved addresses, or preferences.
- Driver Information: Driver applicants provide additional information such as driver's license details, vehicle information, insurance, identification, and other documentation required to verify eligibility.
- SOS Contacts: If you enable SOS features, the app may request permission to access your contacts so you can designate emergency contacts. This information remains on your device and is not uploaded or shared, except when you initiate an SOS alert.
- Ratings & Feedback: We collect the information you provide when rating or giving feedback about Riders and Drivers.
- Communications: When you contact us, we collect any information you provide, including messages and attachments.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: We collect location data from Riders (to enable pickups and track rides) and Drivers (to provide navigation, detect incidents, and ensure service availability).
- Usage Data: Includes trip details such as pickup/drop-off, distance, duration, payment, and interactions with the app or website.
- Device Data: Includes device type, operating system, app version, IP address, carrier, language settings, and push notification tokens.
- Communications Between Riders and Drivers: Calls and messages between Riders and Drivers may be routed through a third-party service. While phone numbers are masked, we may collect metadata (time, duration, participants) and, when legally required or for safety, monitor or record the contents with prior notice.
- Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve the Hayya Platform, measure usage, and personalize your experience.
C. Information From Third Parties

- Background check providers and identity verification services (for Drivers).
- Insurance and payment partners.
